Projects
A few of the products I've designed and shipped over the years. Recent ones get the full story, earlier ones are more of a quick look.
Recent
Joynt Co-Ownership Platform
Joynt is a seed-stage PropTech startup helping friends and family co-buy and co-own a home together, handling the legal structure, financing, scheduling, and day-to-day decisions all in one place. I own the end-to-end experience, from a prospective co-buyer's first visit through onboarding into an LLC-backed home, and use Cursor to build and ship much of that design myself in production.
Solution Delivery Platform
A platform linking clients to a global talent pool of two million members, cutting out the slow onboarding and offboarding that usually comes with hiring outside help. I led the redesign as UX Manager, reimagining a platform fragmented across multiple builds into one unified, self-service experience, including an AI assistant that turns a client's request into a detailed project brief in minutes.
Articulation System
ASSIST.org is California's official transfer-planning platform, helping 2.2 million community college students plan their path to the UC and CSU systems. I led a multi-year, top-to-bottom redesign of the public site as the project's sole designer, running research sessions with counselors and gathering direct student feedback to refine the experience.
Earlier
Mortgage POS System
A digital mortgage platform built to simplify the borrower experience while automating the lender's workflow behind the scenes, cutting loan costs and speeding up closing. I rebuilt the application flow into a guided, TurboTax-style experience, one question at a time, aimed at reducing confusion and drop-off so more people could actually qualify.
Healthcare Platform
A proof-of-concept platform connecting at-risk patients with proactive outreach, personalized care plans, and condition education to support their path to recovery. I built this as a near-production-quality prototype, one flag here though: I'm inferring this was part of Accenture's internal innovation program based on your resume, since the current site copy doesn't say. Let me know if that's right or if I've got the wrong project attached to it.
EV Engagement App
An app for people considering an EV who worry about range and how it'll affect their daily driving, offering EV education, vehicle recommendations, a route-planning tool, and a social component to keep people engaged as they settle into EV life. I worked with a team to take this from a napkin concept to a fully fleshed out final design.
